"Altar Servers"

Hillside Catholic Academy is in the process of getting altar servers ready to serve the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Any Roman Catholic student in Grades, 3,4,5,5,6,7, 8 is eligible to participate. These altar servers will assist at First Friday Mass, parish funerals, and various other related activities. This is all part of the, "faith based education," at Hillside Catholic Academy

"Thanksgiving Drive"

Today Hillside Catholic Academy concludes it's "Fifth Annual Thanksgiving Drive." Our students have brought products which will be given to a local food bank. This type of activity is part of the, "faith based environment," at Hillside Catholic Academy.

"Saints Alive"

Today Hillside Catholic Academy conducted, "The Fifth Annual Saints Alive Festival." Members of the 5th grade class dressed and depicted their favorite saints. Their presentations were very informative. This program could not have take place without the efforts of Grade 5 teacher Mrs. Roseann Aagaard. It is because of efforts like hers that Hillside Catholic Academy provides, "a quality education."

"Forensics Competition"

Today Hillside Catholic Academy will host the Catholic League Forensics Competition. Students from nine area Catholic schools will compete. Six Hillside Catholic Academy students will take part in this event. These types of activities are all part of the, "quality education," at Hillside Catholic Academy.

"Student Council Elections"

Today Hillside Catholic Academy conducted it's Student Council Elections. We elected the members of our Executive Board. The Executive Board consists of the President, Vice-President, and Treasurer.

"All Souls"

This morning Hillside Catholic Academy will remember those who have passed on. At our morning Prayer Assembly the names of our school's departed loved ones will be called out. A bell will be rung after each name. This type of activity is part of the, "faith based education," at our school.
